“The end is in sight for John Kilbride, a doctor from Scotland who has been pedaling across the country over the past month to raise money and awareness for non-profit that helps those living in less than sanitary conditions in Haiti.

The organization that Kilbride’s ride is benefiting, SOIL, has been helping improve sanitation in Haiti since 2006 using a process that converts human waste into compost with low-cost technologies that are easy to replicate and require little water.” – Matt Hicks.
