Haiti has a long tradition of beekeeping with apiary skills commonly being passed down through the generations. In a continued effort to support rural income development in Haiti, SOIL has recently joined the effort and become home to a few hives of honey bees. In a short video from the recent Theo Talks archives, join SOIL’s charismatic Regional Director Theo Huitema as he explores his inner-aparian and is confronted with that timeless question: “To bee or not to bee?”
