SOIL EcoSan Training: Feb 19th 2016

SOIL conducts regular one-day workshops on SOIL’s use of ecological sanitation (EcoSan) technology in Haiti.
This workshop includes an overview of SOIL’s programs, technologies used, lessons learned, and implementation suggestions. Read more about past training sessions here.

We hope to have sufficient interest to offer the workshop in both Haitian Creole and English. Please indicate your preferred language on your registration form.

Tentative Agenda
8:00 – 8:30: Registration
8:30 – 9:50: Welcome, Introduction to Ecological Sanitation and SOIL
9:50 – 10:20: Coffee and snacks
10:20-12:30: Technical and Social Aspects of EcoSan Toilets, Community Case Study
12:30-1:30: Lunch and discussion
1:30-3:00: Compost Process, Using Compost
3:00-4:00: Discussion, Evaluations, and Closing

The registration fee, which includes lunch and refreshments, is $100 USD per person. Payment may be made by credit card (while registering below), cash, bank transfer, or check made payable to “SOIL." To request a scholarship, please complete the appropriate section of the registration form.
